i followed the instructions in the readme (put both wp-amazon-plugin.php and wp-amazon.php in the plugins directory). i activated the plugin but dont see any link or button for amazon in the post edit page. any suggestions?

Any way to get this working with the new “static pages” in 1.3/5? I tried hacking into it, but my php ain’t so hot. I’d like to do a static page for a “recommended reading list,” and this would really help make that happen.
