In December 2003, Cindy (my wife) and I travelled to the Philippines. We have documented our experience through the photos you see here.

Boracay
Boracay is truly an island paradise. The fine, white sand was like nothing we have seen before. We were a little apprehensive going there, thinking that this little island would be too crowded and touristy. We were pleasantly surprised to find the island peaceful and generally not overrun with tourists. We stayed at the delightful Seawind Resort on the northside of White Beach. A nice walk or tricycle ride down to the southside of White Beach takes you to the markets, as well as many of the restaurants and nightlife. Walking and/or renting a motor scooter were great ways to explore some of the other parts of this magnificent island.
