Cebu
From Boracay, we flew off to the island of Cebu, where Cindy's cousin is living in Cebu City as a Peace Corp volunteer. Cebu City is a major gateway to the Visayas, the main island group in the Philippines. Cebu City is a large city, much like Manila, only less so. It's not as crowded and congested and easier to get around.
