The landscape of the drive to Subic Bay Freeport (the site of the old Clark Airbase, the largest American military base outside of the United States) is very scenic. This picture shows a rice field with Mt. Arayat in the backdrop. Many people mistake the towering volcanic cone for Pinatubo.
